YOUR CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY

Thank you for applying for Comonpay / Paypugs Cards. If you consent to this Consent Statement, the terms will apply even if you do not obtain or are not offered the service.

Your affirmative consent permits Paypugs Cards / Comonpay to provide communications electronically, enables you to sign and authorize communications electronically through the Comonpay platform, and allows Paypugs Cards Services LTD and its partners to collect such e-signatures.

If you do not consent to electronic delivery, you will not be able to use the service. By registering for an account, applying for a card, or accessing the platform, you consent to notices being provided electronically.

Access to Paper Copies

You have the right to receive legal disclosures, notices, and communications in paper form by mail. We may provide these items electronically if you give consent and satisfy the system requirements.

Covered items include account servicing and collection communications, plus legal disclosures, notices, and communications we are required to provide in writing.

Duration of Consent

Your consent remains effective until you or we terminate the program or account, or until you opt out of electronic communications.

If you terminate your account, your consent will continue for pre-termination rights.

Methods of Providing Covered Items

We may provide covered items electronically through files, including PDFs downloaded from Comonpay. You are responsible for reviewing them promptly.

You can make copies by using print or save functionality. We retain copies for periods required by law and provide them upon request.

Our Right to Send Paper

We may provide covered items in paper form at our discretion, even if you consented to electronic delivery.

• We experience a system outage.
• We suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain covered items, you must have a device with the following:

• Working internet access
• A web browser that supports 128-bit encryption
• Sufficient memory to load and render documents
• A program that can view, save, and print PDF files

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time at no cost. However, withdrawing consent before approval may prevent you from using or accessing the service.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal effectiveness, validity, or enforceability of prior electronic disclosures or communications.

Acknowledging Ability to Access and Consenting to Electronic Communications

By confirming that you have read and agreed to these terms, you confirm that:

• You have access to a system that meets the requirements.
• You agree to receive covered items electronically.
• You can access, print, or store the information presented to you.
