Military Lending Act Disclosure
This disclosure applies to persons covered by the Military Lending Act. Federal law provides important protections to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents for extensions of consumer credit.
Cardholder Agreement
ARBITRATION CLAUSE NOTICE: By using the card, you agree to the arbitration clause and related notices. This may affect your rights in the event of a dispute.

This Paypugs Cards Services LTD Cardholder Agreement is a binding agreement between you and Issuer that governs your use of the card account provided by Paypugs Cards Services LTD.
The card is provided to you in connection with your status as a Paypugs Cards Services LTD customer and pursuant to your separate User Agreement.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement or impose additional obligations or restrictions at any time. Your continued use of the Card after notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.
Balance Categories
Balance Categories are different account segments we may establish with unique pricing, grace periods, or other terms.
- Purchase: property, rights, goods, and services obtained directly from merchants and vendors by using your Card.
- Special Offer: promotional transactions designated by us with specific terms at the time of the offer.
Your Information
To help the government fight terrorism financing and money laundering, federal law requires us to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update it as needed.
We may restrict or close your Account if we cannot verify your information or if you do not provide requested information.
Non-US Customers
If you are not a US customer, these terms do not apply to you. Please refer to the Interlace General Terms for Non-US Customers instead.
